current sermon series
The story of the Exodus is a true story of real slavery and liberation, but also a paradigmatic story that invites us to ask, “where are we still enslaved?” The path out of slavery to our habits and addictions and wounds is not easy. But our covenant-keeping God is for us and stands ready to say, "let my people go!" and to lead us on a journey through towards greater wholeness.
missional communities
A missional community is a small group of disciples devoted to living out their identity as a family of servant missionaries, to dependence on the Spirit in each season, and to engagement in resilient rhythms of formation in the everyday stuff of life.
As God’s people we are the church every day of the week, so we not only gather together on Sundays as a larger family, we meet and seek to do life together throughout the week in Missional Communities (MCs).
The goal of an MC is to make disciples: apprentices and worshipers of Jesus who live out their gospel identity by increasingly being with Jesus, becoming like Jesus, and doing what Jesus does.
